Advanced Spectral Imaging Architecture
BlueVision delivers high-performance line scan cameras and prism-based multi-sensor line and area scan imaging systems, designed for industrial applications where conventional Bayer or trilinear architectures are insufficient.
By separating incoming light optically through a calibrated prism onto multiple sensors that share a single optical axis, BlueVision systems maintain pixel-level registration without requiring spatial compensation. This architecture prevents colour fringing and halo artefacts under camera tilt, surface height variation or web vibration, and ensures stable spectral performance even when object speeds vary.
This optical design enables advanced imaging configurations including flexible spectroscopic imaging across UV, visible and SWIR wavelength bands, sensor off-set technology for capturing multiple focal depths of the same object, independent polarisation imaging, and Scheimpflug-based sensor tilting to correct image blur in off-axis installations.
BlueVision platforms are typically deployed where inspection stability, speed, spectral differentiation and mechanical robustness are critical to system performance.
